It is a machine that homogeneously mixes the liquid chocolate raw materials coming from the preliminary preparation and brings them to the desired micron. It is made entirely of stainless steel. It thins with a 7/16" grain ball. It has a 2" chocolate circulation pump, heaters, circulation pump safety valves, magnet and electrical panel. Production can be made upon request between 100 kg and 1000 kg.
